All contributors of successful submissions received before 6th January 2019 will be notified in time for them to register at the ‘early-bird’ rate, the deadline for which is the 28th March 2019. Please note however, those presenters who require a visa to attend the Congress should apply for this well in advance of the deadline. Please click here for further visa information.
Poster submissions received after 6th January 2019 will be notified after the closure of the ‘early-bird’ rate.
Information on Invited Address speakers as well as Pre-Congress Workshops will be available in June 2018.
The full final programme will be available prior to the Congress on the website.
The programme of In-Congress workshops will also be available in advance of the Congress so that delegates are able to pre-book these when registering for the Congress on-line.
